To resolve this issue, please follow these steps to reset the app:

 

1. Go to the settings on your device.

2. Locate the Solaris TV app.

3. Force stop the app.

4. CLEAR DATA associated with the app.

 

Once you have completed these steps, return to the app and enter your login information. Please remember that your login details are case-sensitive. This should get you back up and running smoothly.
